SoulUnveil values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under CCPA and BIPA.
What we collect
Account data, chat messages (after PII scrubbing), photos (encrypted), and biometric liveness data (with your explicit consent).
How we use it
To create and operate your Digital Twin, curate daily matches, enforce the progressive unveil, and keep the platform safe.
Do Not Sell
We do not sell personal information. California residents may confirm this right at any time.
BIPA — biometric data
Illinois residents: we obtain explicit consent before collecting liveness data. We do not retain biometric templates beyond the verification step.
Data deletion
You may request full deletion of your account and data from settings. Backups are purged within 30 days.
AI transparency
Your Digital Twin and match scoring are powered by AI models. We disclose when AI-generated suggestions are shown in the app.
